Guests are requested to read and understand the Cancellation, Refund, Relocation, Re-schedulement, and other applicable policies updated on our website before booking our rooms.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation reason. To cancel a booking, please notify us in writing or by phone. Although we do not require a detailed reason for cancellation, your feedback would help us enhance our services.
Rescheduling Policy:
Instead of cancelling, you may reschedule your booking to a future date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days before the check-in date. Rescheduling is not permitted within 10 days of check-in.
Natural Calamities & Emergencies: Refunds are not available for cancellations due to natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
Bookings Made Outside Our Platform: Voye Homes is not liable for any complaints, cancellations, or refunds arising from bookings made through external websites or offline methods.
Late Departures & Unforeseen Incidents: We are not liable for any losses related to vehicle delays, poor road conditions, or other incidents beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for such circumstances.
No-Show Policy: No refund will be granted for no-shows. No rescheduling will be allowed for no-shows.
We strive to make your holiday dreams come true, but in certain circumstances, we may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to:
In such cases, a full refund of the booking amount collected will be processed, but Voye Homes will not be liable for any incidental expenses such as flight tickets, transportation charges, or optional tours.
Cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, terrorism, governmental instructions) may also lead to refunds, depending on the situation.
Customers can reschedule their confirmed bookings to a future date (up to 3 months from the original booking date), subject to availability. Rescheduling must be requested at least 10 days before check-in, and only one rescheduling is allowed.
If the rescheduled date falls in a peak or festival season, any tariff difference must be paid by the guest. No further changes, cancellations, or credits will be permitted after the first rescheduling.
Relocation to another property is not permitted once a booking is confirmed.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days, though delays caused by the bank are not within our control.
Unused Services: No refunds or credits will be issued for unused activities, missed meals, or early check-outs.
In the case of medical emergencies, no enforcement for refunds will be granted.
In case of discrepancies, the decision of Voye Homes will be final and binding. Voye Homes reserves the right to amend cancellation and refund policies at any time without prior notice.
